WHAT AREAS DO YOU COVER?

We proudly serve the entire Gold Coast region, including its outer areas. Please note that certain locations outside our local service area may be subject to a surcharge. Rest assured, we will inform you in advance if your location falls outside our regular service boundaries before confirming your appointment.

HOW LONG DOES A JOB USUALLY TAKE?

For the majority of jobs, we strive to complete them within an hour of our arrival. However, please note that certain circumstances may require additional time. To minimize any inconvenience, we make every effort to troubleshoot beforehand and inform you in advance if we anticipate the job might exceed the estimated timeframe. Moreover, for jobs that can be taken back to our workshop, we offer capped pricing, providing you with cost certainty and peace of mind.

DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS?

At Top Geeks, we empathise with the challenges that technology can pose, especially during difficult times. As part of our commitment to supporting the community, we extend a $20 per hour discount to pensioners, individuals with disabilities, and healthcare workers. We believe in recognising the invaluable contributions of these individuals and aim to alleviate any financial burden they may encounter while accessing our services.

IF I DON'T WANT YOU TO COME TO MY HOUSE IS THERE SOMEWHERE I CAN DROP OFF?

We recognize that every situation is unique. To accommodate different needs, we offer a convenient drop-off service at our workshop. Please note that there is a $99 diagnostic fee associated with this service. However, we assure you that if you proceed with the repair, we will credit the diagnostic fee towards your final bill. This approach allows us to thoroughly assess your device, provide accurate recommendations, and ultimately streamline the repair process for you.
